U should consider opening on Sats, or at least half a day, so that people who do not work around there have a chance to go try out your food=)

    • Thank you for your suggestion, Amy. We will look into that 🙂

    • Hi Jovy, we apologise for it. Today’s prep was a little heavy. Do speak to us the next time you’re there. We might still be able to serve you even though we are still preparing food.

I had a seminar around Tanjong Pagar today so was able to taste your noodles. Very tasty! Soup was a bit salty, though.

As I don’t work around CBD area, please open at least 1 weekend day, at least half-day, so that I can come to enjoy your noodles again.

    • Thank you for your nice encouragement. We’re actually looking into opening on weekends. Currently, we’re closed on weekends due to manpower issues.

I work around CBD area and will come over to Amoy to have a bowl of noodles from your store. I like the extra effort put in to the arrangement of the ingredients in each and every bowl despite it being a hawker fare. Would recommend!

    • Hi WD, thanks for the recommendation. We really put in effort to give our customers the best in terms of taste, looks and value. We’re so glad that you appreciate and like our food.

Do agree with some of the comments on opening for one day in weekend as some of us don’t work around that area and we do work late nights so there is practically no chance for us to try your lovely noodles unless we take leave! Haha. Maybe you can consider opening branches or even franchise it! Who knows maybe some of us might be tempted to franchise it. Haha. Cheers.
